This program to gin the economy towards a "potential GDP" rate requires us citizens to be on a treadmill for the sake of "idiots" that cannot control their spending on "our" behalf.  Us Americans used to buy what we needed and wanted until the minders scolded the "one sheet of TP" , the car that should be or the food that shouldn't be foi-gone. Now we have the politicians wanting the economy of past with none of what it actually was.  Then the same piled on the 'green energy' that doesn't yet exist, the plug-in cars that aren't and the makers bridge is being broken to the point that the world is getting a look at when the wrong people decide things up front,(Pelosi).

So when the new president is this weekend getting a bit bothered under his thin skin frustrated collar to get him the money...one wants to know just exactly what he and his supposed smart team understand?  In the world of Senator Byrd, who has his name on untold numbers of real property even though it was never his money that paid the tab all these years, at least the taxpayers got something lasting to show for it. Same for the 1930's, we built the Hoover Dam, TVA, the Empire State Building, bridges over the Hudson River to NYC, this Bill gives us NO vision or lasting VALUE! This crapolla bill delivers little of anything that a Democrat Congressperson or Senator would raise their hand to risk being named for the effort......that in itself should raise alarm bells even to themselves.  I'm wiating to see if sanity prevails?

If this gargantuan $900Billion 'spending' bill that will of  all things replace some windows and chairs along with some damn expensive paint in government buildings is going to fix Disney' attendance or folks having coin to eat at Applebees, or get the auto they would like to own isn't about to happen in this turd. This is a local non-economic knowledge based homeboy trying to curry favor with the 'gang', spreading favors among the faithful, but under the hood isn't going to smart one urban kid or lay a rail to a new track.  President Obama  talks of going to a workplace...well who under this bill is going anywhere related to earning a paycheck?  He could dispense of the repeated  chat on how democracy works, and this 'plan' is not the same tired ideas, like his socialism proposal , not like the last eight years. At least Mayor Bloomberg isn't going to a groundhog cage to get bit again, but this Obama guy is going to go to the mike to give yet another bark at US citizens about how "around the clock warn out because people are counting on us" to $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ spend on grafitti paint!

Would these elected "idiots" as my senator Claire McCaskill thoughtfully referred to Wall Street people, generalities get folks in proper places in trouble if someome is to pay attention, usaually, duh.   Well this Bill is "stupid", full of normal appropriation bill making that will leave the committee members in the next months with thumb sucking, cause the Bond market isn't going to eat this baby, but Gold prices will be a dodge to cover.  It just speaks to watch your wallet if it didn't go with the snowplow that just tried to rid the global warming record ice, snow and cold from your neighborhood.

How long is it going to take for most Americans to want to put this Chavez TV type talk talk talk President Obama to just say NO more.

Who said lawyers know how to read and understand what they read, or just pretend to not get it?  What's the Constitution; seems that many on the left just continue to roll-on with a Chavez sense that if unnoticed that literal readings or even Supreme Court rulings are just little impediments to a 'my cause' behavior.  So Harry and his better buddy, Durbin,  from a more blue and black constituency seem free to stiff the State of Illinois over a simple thing as a sitting Governor appointing a replacement Senator when the same democrat state party took a pass on an American institution of a special election to give the ruled the choice of whom to represent them.  Today America and the World were enjoined to view the stupid antics of a weird preview of the new 111th Congress that envisions itself to impose an updated vision of FDR or is it a BHO  condition upon us?  If the spectacle of trampling our unique history of law and precident with the denial of Mr. Burris in Washington as the repalcement senator for retired Obama,  is a stage set to the remainder of the beginning of 'Barry our newest Buddy" the introduction to "Change We can Believe In", then before the campaign to office is already off to a terrible start!  

The  print and video press has been as usual, overdrive with more words that are of little relevance and truth than can fill a UA cup when the mean of a citizen in other distress could fill.  We might tune in to this 3rd and historically rather turid debate tonight for answers from senators, one of little experience and the other aged and trying awfully hard to not be critical in a world that needs decision.  Pre-debate chat on O'Reilly with Rove drove me to check out the MLB game, a game that has been some comfort from the garbage on the rest of the channel lineup, but no consellation for the price tag for this content, especially when neither team is my cheer if I cheer baseball other than Little League, like Nascar...it fills the void when we slump to entertain me if you can. I go Rolex and open wheel for sport that is real.  So if a presidential candidate is for all of my interests when running for office,but as soon as elected ditches say bear hunting or driving on Forest Service roads in out of the way places..he ain't "fighting for" lots of folks that are 'our neighbors'...however Barak isn't running for office if you hear him speak...he's already throwing President GWB out of Constitutional Office as soon as Acorn gets enough (I voted 73 times) votes!  This is to 'The Corn People' what Aliens in DC might look like if on (Nov.4) if that in the context of current election rumble day(s) with all the Xtrasdays thrown in resembles what the "responsibilty of Citizen were to partake on the 4th annual of president in November were originally meant to be for community resolve? 

To visit the list of Barak' better associations, not the scale away, "lives down the street" dog bane vegetative nuisance that comes this time of year desposit of campaign angling, one that doesn't fish in the common vernacular, but one that is for 'special interests" of the candidate.  Of recent comment was the conversation with a plumber in Ohio, whom the press has reported...Barak "spreading the wealth"; yea a guy that works dirty and 10-12 hour days...and Obama is Ok  with raising his taxes!  We all know how Bill Clinton shook hands with corrupt fools to hopefully gain political advantage, Yassar Arafat was one of those celebrated by the left jerks that have left his countrypeople..if they were ever more than fodder for another personal event situation, barely existing in Gaza and the West Bank for want of someone else' blood...waiting for a 'messiah' to change the calculus?  Then there is Warren Buffit who lended  an early press recorded luncheon and nothing since...been quiet,  allowed himself and his shareholders to be shrunken by this economic tsunami, investing new cash and getting the same as everyone else for returns...smashed in the (face) wallet, yet the Genie of Omaha has had nothing more to say about Barak Hussien Obama since that brief breakfast...hum?

I haven't voted yet and last I noticed the calendar is still October with Halloween, now that can be some fun!

It's usual that FOX News has mostly rerun noise during weekends unless Drudge Report has a breaking story that cannot be ignored, so for Brit Hume to be heard signing the "financial crisis" story over and over is yet another sign that DC is having a worse time than many other 'regular' people are actually experiencing.  How many times has the MSM be it paper or TV tried to sell garbage as news prior to an election with the story buried soon after the anticipated response did or didn't occur? So with the fact that yes there are some people that are less liquid or employed today isn't anything that isn't normal to changes that just happen in an evolving world, an evolution that is nothing like what Al Gore and Barak Obama are promoting, so if this hurts the status quo crowd...whew..get ready for real social upheaval!  Maybe that is the story of concern?  Consider how long after a hurricane it takes a neighborhood to be rid of blue tarps on roofs; Brarak's ten years to be rid of coal and petroleum energy is going to make Detroits auto problems look like kids play come retraining and employment dislocation.  What so far has transpired to Wall Street and so many banks or mortgage outfits has it's origins in DC with the Democratic policy that began with Jimmy Carter and augmented by Bill Clinton...so it's only natural that the Democratic Party would try to have other people shoulder the damage, little folks never cop to being responsible unless treated unfavorably in court, if then.

This weekend we have non stop clap about 'crisis', but the venues to Nascar, or Formula 1 races in Japan or the restaurant down the street not doing business as uaual?  This is the coming showdown between the financial players globally.  Remember that the worst states budget problems are 'Blue' states politically with democrats having run CA, NY,  NJ, and MI into tax hellville, with Treasury Secretary Paulson brewing more taxpayer paper....has anyone looked at the number of collegues from Goldman Sachs other than Mad Money Cramer that are involved?  Isn't that the house of $200 oil?  Today the price is $77, their stock price was $240, today it's $88.  It seems the press is clouding the ink and airwaves with little that shines any light on what fox is in what hen house looking for whos eggs, or us regular folks retirement or bank accounts...dollars!  I not only don't trust the story, but I also don't trust anyone in DC peddling a remedy from insitutions that comingle so many bodies that get so much wrong and shouldn't be trusted to fix what they have fabulously blew up to a 'financial crisis'!  If I were a banker I too might be ON STRIKE until the trash were removed.

Today the stock markets again showed the World that there are movements afoot that are not controlled by politicians...hello.  Barak Obama with this latest new taxes talk 'crashing' of wealth and the prospect of more of the same, where do you think your 'soak the rich' campaign mantra is going to find that "windfall profit" pile of yesterdays news,  free money?  The Russian Oligarchs are reported to have lost $230 billion, Iceland is bankrupt, and Harry Reid forcast with a slip of his lip about an insurance company that everyone somewhere knows the name cratered yet another segment of wealth and product confidence..wow, all Democtrat party smarts in action, this before an election!  When McCain said he was going to DC  and suspend his campaign to spend time to help workout a resolution where were you?  You said "call me" , must have been practicing the poolside with Blackberry approach of 21st century of JFK presidential style,  instead we get "I'll write a letter" legislative history of talk and talk?  As for the last debate, John McCain was sleepwalking, or in PA Phil's tunnel with repeat of talk points, and  the absence of serious response or quirey of your contradictions, and you spent your time with again more of the same 'spin' of thin sound bites, small business owners cannot pay for health insurance,but will tax them to pay for what seems to be impossible, that an active mind with even limited access to the press can realize that you are floating waste material answers as long as the MSM along with people like Tom Brokaw give cover!  With this global financial meltdown, which seems to result from decades of the Barney Frank' of the congress jump starting rubish as policy that now has our "Fannie and Freddie" going and goners....taking the rest of the Planet before Al Gore's death of Earth by CO2 along for one heck of a ride gets us all, because we like cheese on our pizzas and that cows fart.  It's no wonder people are stuffing paper referred to as money where you cannot get your hands on it, and leaders like Vladimir is now strutting on Drudge in pajamas with black belt to look the 'tough guy', go figure? Pretty soon even Pelosi's southern friend, Hugo, will have to renegotiate his gun deals with Putin since oil prices have gone south. 
If a pillow over my head while sleeping immitates a dead pet cats' habit I tolerated for sleep comfort, what is it that government can do to make that work for the masses?  Answer that and may you can messiah me!

 

" Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said the attack was an attempt to "destabilize democracy" in Pakistan, which this year emerged from nine years of military rule, and destroy its already fragile economy."  Is it any coincidence that at or near to election time wherever whether the USA that Putin decides it's advantagous to invade Georgia and rattle the EU about Russia's intentions...same the Muslim hatefuls bombing other Muslims.  It appears that with the apparent "win" of the hearts and  security of the Iraqi' free movement and "hope" of a better life, and  Afghanistan with it's fits and starts recognizes a future, the Taliban and remnant AlQueda being marginalized back to it's Saudi sponsored madrassas in the Frontier of Pakistan that the War front is finally entering a final stage.   The question isn't that Pakistan confronts the US troops crossing a 'sovereign  border', but that Pakistan now knows that it has borders that are unruled and it is in their intersest to get with the job...just as we in America presume that the goverment is securing our borders with Mexico and Canada.  Pakistan as a democratic country with newly in charge must exhibit that in charge means something beyond rhetoric, and finally the western frontier must become part of and in control from the capitol, Islamabad, and that the "War on Terror" is theirs to win or lose!

 

What a day makes with the chattering of the mouths of press that rely upon their cerebral senses to articulate something almost constantly to fill the air or column hours and get a paycheck come week end.  If you are like most relatively normal working or other solvent situation individual in America today, I suspect that your credit card is still honored or your check is accepted, you get to take the groceries in the cart at checkout home, so where is this big ugly that silly Democratic Party leader, Harry Reid,  of the senate saying "no one knows what to do"; well Harry you just claimed to be unqualified for the job you're holding, someone ought to tell you to collect your last check and find something else to do!  Tonight Bill O'Reilly was his usual, spitting garbage about pig CEO's walkaway money, even if that money is their 401K 35 year pile, he doesn't sort the facts just does a latin populist Chavez like rant and thinks his audience is as stupid as Hollywood liberal miserable mouths who can afford $28,500 to see BHO for an entire hour and share green food.  As for Bill O'Reilly hating the oil companies, whether Big or Little, maybe a day on a rig in the tropical gulf weather would change this Long Island, NY guys attitude about the work ethic and what a paycheck means...but I wouldn't hold my breath.  This is election season and the press is pushing whatever tripe that gets someone not to click to another more 'special interest' TV channel.

Within all the carping of what Bush is or isn't doing, and those Billions of dollars that the Treasury is investing in at the probable bottom of this market is missing the Global story...oh they didn't mention that America doesn't live in a vacuum Earth unless it's a Polar bear or a negative military intervention that includes bloody pictures and paint a Republican poorly. Well there is news on that front.......and Wall Street may eventually be blamed for managing a coup, one that even money manipulators such as G.Soros and even the wunderkind of Omaha that crater currencies as 'free market' rights, are at this moment taking advantage of these low equity prices at the loss to 'average Mutual fund' investors.  However the less heard comment is that PM Putin has had his puppet President Medvedev  cancel the Russian stock market two days in a row and is pumping billions of cash to keep their quasi-dictator regime from having the 'little guys' from storming the Duma and demanding a new election!  If this commodity and financial front in the war on stupid  continues, maybe, just maybe the west can put the little guy in a girls white ski jacket back into the realism of Russia isn't alone on Earth, and cannot get away with what the mountain lions, bears, and wolves get away with in America eating pets on leashes with Washingtons' protection.  If Wall Street can put the mean of the Caucuses down without a shot fired, I say they deserve a champaign salute, but that is premature, just like Senator Biden claiming that "paying taxes is patriotic"?  When 40% of workers that file an income tax form don't pay tax, that either means get ready to "be patriotic", those that don't, what does 'welfare' the credit promise to vote this or that way mean?  I guess Senator Biden has some explaining to do if the press where actually doing a job worthy of the week ends paycheck!

We here in southern Missouri tasted flood waters after  hurricane Gustav, and again today the wind was probably a good 50mph considering the tree debris and what other thrown objects out of place along with the flooding river through our property can only imagine the realities of an exponential X what Texas and Lousiana coasts received.  As anyone viewing the reporter damage especially what live aerial footage special channel DTV 361 has broadcast  is shocking and eye opening.  The comments from and frustration from the impacted, evacuated, reporters, and even the mayor of Houston show the life changing reality when the cell phone, TV, refrigeration for food, anything that represents life in a hot climate when not available is a big deal!  Folks are said to not have left because of evacuation memories from Rita; empty gas tanks, no bottled water, where to and how to pay for life away from home, shelter life...caused many to stay.  Now we know that electric power will take weeks to come back on line for the simple things that we take for granted in life...where most of us have tasted the same with an ice storm or blizzard.  It's also easy to forget the discomfort once the event has come and gone, however the press is elevating the whining of a gas price increase because of the hurricane because 'I don't live in Texas' why should it affect me?  Well I could say the same when a frost affects the blossoms on a fruit tree 3 months later when those farmers want more money for a  pound of fruit, I do and I also either adjust my consumption with alternatives or am thankful that they are available.  Gasoline is available, if you were in a mandated evacuation zone being totally reliant on a government restricted  electric car society that shows even water and sewer services are not reliable...are you or is America really ready for Barak Obama' and Nancy Pelosi' "I'm saving the Planet" green version of how Earth deals with animal life?  I don't want an electric car society if they aren't capable of living beyond the golf cart zone.  I would like this same fawning green press to hold a live interview with the ever present T.Boone Pickens or Obama or whomever and state that his idea of windmills and wires will withstand and supply  America through an event such as IKE.
