Isn't it wonderful that those especially in these tough times that have a JOB, fail to look at all the Government extractions that preceed you getting what's left of 'your labor' in the check!  Medicare is so old that it rises to the George Washington level in social studies in school, don't go there, no wonder most kids even if they graduate k-12 can't find any country on a globe...they aren't stupid, but trained dumb.

Medicare as a paystub deduction is an addendum of the XVI Ammendment to the Constitution which authorizes raiding your income.  This like your SSI deduction is labeled and meant to be a 'pre-paid' retirement liability to the government and a debit for the payee, Joe six pack...except they since implimention of the 'plan' have continued to add goodies to mostly help themselves at election time.  No wonder there once was a "Lock Box" plan.  Well the election promises are way out of the money with the deductions....oops Congress got the math wrong...just like the USPS is broke and Amtrac and....so instead of fixing the over promised la la land payout congress now wants to cowboy everyone that escaped Roe v Wade to pony up $$$.  This is how political IDIOTS in Washington DC try to balance the books. These are the same political players that told President 43 GWBush that SSI didn't need fixing, yet today cannot help themselves in trying to crash America into an Argentinesque reality to sell our future to a foreign Bond holder or a moneyless paycheck!  Pure SnakeWater salesmanship right from the E-mailGate White House no less! No wonder these same pols are getting their friends in the old press that have feelings in their legs for....go crazy about average middle class middle aged pay checkers at Townhalls asking pertinent questions...even these are starting to look reminiscent of medieval France in the sense of things gone seriously wrong and the approach from the powers be worse than the problem.

Bottom line is this is just another attempt to add another layer of TAX on an already over taxed take home pay check....if you're lucky enough to have an opportunity to play all the games and regulations and licenses just right to still be employed.  The rest are waiting around for the free health care and food and shelter and........you to want to make more than $250K to hand it ALL over to the IRS.  If Tax freedom day this year was August 12, then I see a lot of doctors doing charity work in say Jamaica after September 1 soon.
