Tonight President Obama in another say nothing news press occasion said "...yeah I'm in a hurry", that from the 'media messiah' that in just 6 months is desperate to continue the sheep coated good guy saviour in chief routine...didn't make very good use of anyones time other than to reinforce the fact He doesn't know what's in the [Medicare/Medicaid restructuring in guise of it's all our health problem legislation] Bills!  It's been a sorry state for years that Bills names' are so irrelavent to the character or nature of what is being legislated, but this guy is so stressed to pass something,(sma), that will not even take efffect until 2012/13, but must be voted on before even Charlie Rangel comes clean with the IRS or Pelosi and Reid write and read this dog.  What are these folks afraid of..a Pepsi hair fire the likes of poor departed MJ?

Just about everyone that has a brain wants to rehabilitate our 'heath care' system, the basis and structure is what hasn't been beaten to death in deliberation yet on the floors of congress nor debated in the streets of America enough before we give consent to the changes that are ...'in a hurry' to Rahm down our throats.

If this proposed legislation is going to somehow mandate an additional requirement upon the previous two, death & taxes, with mandated health insurance purchase and within the purchase the inability to spend your own money for care beyond the script...UK/Canada  socialism style health programs is under the US Constitution a fundamental proscription and takings that must be challenged in court. 
The Supreme Court has repeatedly entertained the "cruel and unusual" argument in previous rulings, but they haven't been coerced to decide the line between 'pursuit of happiness' and achievment of happiness in terms of congressional limits!  This may create a gaping opening to challenge in Federal Court the ability of these pols to go there, and with the States growing in number Resolution voting to adorn the 10th Amendment to yes the Constitution from the under-capable DC takers crowd.  Bring on the legal beagles that we all can champion.
