Isn't the semantics of name change with distinction something of an other animal than a name change for partisan political reason? Consider "Cap and Trade"  which is more about Talk and Tax to Spend with the promoted intention of fixing something broken, but politicians are again caught in their own makings of so long that they cannot delete the old and apologize for mistakes, rather they prefer to invent ways of tricking us into buying into a shallow but expensive reorientation of IS!  Same with the Health Care hurry-up sledgerlation that was to be dollar neutral since America already spends a greater proportion of GDP to other compared countries similar to the USA, but somehow the need for $!T + additional needed to be added to an already disproportionate high spend rate would lower the rate sometime in the future...until the Rangel House Bill inserted a provision to include a Surtax that climbs as the years clock...hum?  The FT just in an interview with Larry Summers of the WH said things are going to get worse...duh, council to the prez know that an economic armageddon is their baby, but insist on proceeding with policies that a Kensyian would abandon if trying the 'donkeys' kick twice' wasn't a smart play. We already spend too much but the need for more is like a dog biting your pant leg, more like eating it!   The RED INK of this administration from it's Stimulus Bill that smarter people knew front that it was so backloaded for reelection season in 2010/2012 rather than address its' name or our Countrys' needs was limit on political criminal...and the Car Czar just quit while the handover of GM/Chrysler are now Government Motors and Fiat-USA a taxpayer problem says maybe the insiders are distancing themselves from the situation forward.
