Now we know that the Obama administration didn't mean "bipartisan" when  WH Spokesperson Gibbs says what he tries to articulate in the standard stutter meetings that America is going to be 'United' anytime soon game gone elsewhere.  Anyone that viewed any of the WH meetings or the Presidents' on site visits to FL. or IN to rally the borrow to give away $$ that haven't been borrowed or printed understands that his feeble admintration attempts so far are getting wet reviews overseas, those Kerry French types are just saying NO too, it is not just sane republicans in the US House of Representatives.  This entire exercise was to treat thinking Americans to the 'candy jar' phenomenon to the childish behavior that the Speaker Pelosi has presented DC and the Nation...gibberish policy that is long term termite to our constructive economic rehabilitation.   These same democrats will spend a train from Disney CA to Las Vegas in ten years in this Bill, while the demographic train of baby boom retirees will neeevvvver  get retirement!  The Obama team has already liquidated most account  dividend payments, the economy past is not going to portfolio or deliver what was 'accustomed' income to every entity needing steady cash flow, add the threat that these democrats still want to raise tax rates in this environment and the future is capital hiding.  If I were an Obama insider I'd be  thinking a different trend forward, but that gets you to Reagan or Bush' failed  8 years territory!
