If the weather isn't enough to distort normal behavior when skiers complain about it's too cold, or I can't get there, shopping with tough money, isn't going away any time soon. Get ready folks...you in America voted for 'change', well the prospects are looking like Joe Bidens hair plugs, thin. If we didn't have enough to worry with the democrats taking control of Washington DC with a Pelosi California centric manner of 'blowing ' through it and ending up further away from destination A than when started, belt in for a wild ride. The political hair is starting to get a bit frizzy all about the planet, today the Bank of Spain warned of a "total financial meltdown"; that's comfort to the unemployed and those that think government can fix this mess. Government created this mess in so many little steps over so many years while constituents voted for less than mentally capable representatives to the point that today we get the government that we deserve. Ask yourself if you are very, somewhat or not at all happy with the batteries that you use in various things, and then ask if you think they will replace your cars carbon engine anytime soon? If you live where it snows alot, is cold, and AWD or 4WD, and will it have a heater is not a maybe, will a battery get you there; I bet no one has even said that those green cars would come in those option choices. Then again for those who live in a hurricane or other evacuation zone usually the first thing to go is the electricity for little things like water and ice or a shower and clean clothes...can you imagine a Volt with a 40 mile range...are you stupid or what! No wonder Detroit' in such a mess, no one wants to buy a vehicle that already is obsolete with a 'NO DRILL' anywhere administration about to take office on Jan 20th. How long will the gas station be around to serve anyones' needs with all the talk of 'green this and green that'? We are entering the World Al Gore wants...nobody gets off without serious pain before we go back to what works if it isn't too damaged an enterprise to return to. Nobody told the public the real costs of this little extravagance into the 'Lost Zone'.
